Esq. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Benin and was called to bar in 2012.

His experience spans external and in-house practice. He was legal counsel in the firm of E. Urowayino and Co. Where he rose to head of chambers (2013 to 2021). He was legal counsel in the firm of O. C. Ogbewe and Co. From November 2012 to October 2013.

Stephen’s Practice areas of interest include oil, gas and power, commercial and environmental litigation, real estate and debt recovery.

Graduated from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus : 2015 -2016 (Barrister at Law, BL). Before tertiary education in Afe Babalola University, she bagged Senior Secondary Certificate from Federal Government College, Warri, Delta State: 2002 - 2009 (Junior Secondary School Examination Certificate; West African Secondary School Examination Certificate). From cradle to primary school education in Twin Fountain Nursery and Primary School, Warri, Delta State: 1994 - 1997

She is ICT compliant upon acquiring the digital certificate from Rolof Computer School, Warri, Delta State: 2009-2010 (Computer Training Certificate)

Sepson Amorighoye

Esq. Sepson obtained a bachelor of laws degree (LL.B) from the university of Benin in 2003 and was called to the Nigerian bar as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2005.

He is also managing partner at T-LOAK Solicitors, he was a staff of shell petroleum development company of Nigeria limited (SPDC) where he worked as Legal Counsel of the oil giant shell in sub-Sahara Africa for over six years. Prior to joining SPDC, he had his things with first Bank of Nigeria PLC., Nigeria's foremost financial institution. He had also worked as an associate in the law firm of Alufe & Aluffe Based in Warri.

Sepson is a member of the Chartered Institute of arbitrators (UK), institute of chartered mediators and conciliators and association of professional negotiators and mediators.

Oluwatosin Israel

Oluwatosin is a graduate of Igbinedion University, Okada. He was called to Bar in 2012. Previous positions held include associates in Sylvester Imhanobe & Co., Abuja and Associate in the firm of Obi A. Nwabunike & Co. Port-Harcourt.

Tosin’s practice areas of interest include Real Estate, Banking, Finance and Investment Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
